You know where your files are and who looks after them.

Environix runs in OVH's data centre in Roubaix, France. Our team at NS-RAID installs it, updates it and monitors it.

Your files and their backups stay in this data centre.

Backups

Every day, 7 days kept

Illustration. Each day a new backup is added and the oldest one goes.
Mistakes
The trash bin and version history give you back a deleted file or an earlier version.
Connections
We encrypt traffic between your devices and the server (TLS). You can add two-factor authentication.
Uploads
An antivirus checks every file before storing it.
Advertising
None. Your files are never used for advertising and we sell no data.
Software
Nextcloud, open-source software. You can download all your files at any time and leave with them.
Support
By e-mail at contact@ns-raid.com. We reply within 48 hours.

Your account stays open for as long as you use it.

We do not keep abandoned accounts forever. Here is what happens when nobody signs in any more.

  1. As long as you sign in at least once every 6 months

    We keep everything.

    Files, calendars, contacts and conversations stay in your space.

  2. After 6 months without a sign-in

    We warn you by e-mail.

    A single sign-in, from the web or an app, keeps the account.

  3. One month later

    We disable the account.

    Nothing is deleted yet. Write to contact@ns-raid.com to reactivate it.

  4. One more month later

    We delete the account.

    Deletion is permanent. Backups that still contain it are gone within 7 days.

Want to close your account right away? Write to contact@ns-raid.com and we will delete it.
