Personal data
When you create a space, we receive your name, your e-mail address, the name of your organisation if you give one, the storage space you chose and the language of the form. We use them to create your account and to write to you about it, and for nothing else.
To block abuse, we keep the IP address of each sign-up request. We erase these records after 30 days, along with requests that were never confirmed.
The web server keeps the IP address of each visit in its technical logs, erased after 14 days.
Your account data follows the retention rules described on the home page.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@ns-raid.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
